Jovan Tripkovic

Jovan Tripkovic is a freelance journalist specializing in the intersection of religion, politics, and international relations. He was an editorial fellow at Religion Unplugged, where he covered Orthodox Christianity. Jovan holds master’s degrees in European and Global Studies from the University of Padova and Political Science from the University of Wyoming, where he also served as a teaching assistant. He graduated with a degree in Political Science from Caldwell University in New Jersey.

During his academic journey, Jovan was a Shaftesbury Fellow at the Center for Religion, Culture & Democracy and a Wilbur Fellow at the Russell Kirk Center. His writing has appeared in Religion UnpluggedInside the Vatican, The American Conservative and other notable publications.

Driven by a passion for understanding the influence of religion on international affairs, Jovan focuses on how Orthodox Christianity shapes global political dynamics. He is currently working on a series of analytical pieces examining the geopolitics of Orthodox Christianity.
